Our Approach
Specialized in touristic accommodations in Italy
At Italita, everything we do is focused on one clear niche: touristic accommodations.
Not as a side activity, but as the core of our work. From guest experience and rental performance to property management, sales and investment — everything is built around this type of property.
More Than Real Estate
At Italita, our expertise extends far beyond buying and selling properties.
Behind our core team stands a trusted network of local professionals and partners who support every stage of the property journey and operational lifecycle.
Depending on the project, our extended Italita Property Team includes:
- Property managers
- Housekeeping professionals
- Garden and landscape specialists
- Pool and wellness technicians
- Maintenance and renovation partners
- Geometri and technical advisors
- Photographers and drone operators
- Marketing and media specialists
- Hospitality consultants
- Local service providers and suppliers
- Travel and tourism partners
- Legal, financial and notarial professionals
This ecosystem allows us to support not only the transaction itself, but also the successful operation, positioning and long-term growth of hospitality properties throughout Northern Italy.
Where it started
Our story didn’t begin in Italy, but in the Netherlands.
For over eight years, we owned and managed an event location, where hospitality, experience and organization were at the heart of everything we did. This is where we developed our hands-on approach and learned what it truly means to create an environment where guests feel welcome and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
In 2021, we made the decision to move to Piemonte with our family, combining our experience in hospitality with new opportunities in Italy.
Our way of working
With a background in sales and marketing, we have always focused on one thing: understanding people.
What guests expect. What property owners need. And how to connect those two in a way that creates value for both.
This is what defines Italita today.
We don’t approach properties as isolated projects, but as part of a bigger system. A system where rental, management, marketing and real estate are all connected — always within the same niche of touristic accommodations.
From guest to owner
One of the things we see every day is how everything connects.
Guests arrive for a holiday and experience Piemonte. They fall in love with the region, return for longer stays, and start exploring the idea of owning a property themselves. At the same time, property owners come to us looking to rent out their home, improve performance, or prepare for sale.
Italita connects these journeys.
From first stay to long-term rental, from rental to ownership, and from ownership to investment — everything happens within one structure.
Local presence in Piemonte
A key part of Italita is our local presence.
From our Italita Lobby in Nizza Monferrato, we operate as a central hub for guests, property owners and partners. This allows us to combine digital services with real, on-site support.
Guests are welcomed locally, properties are managed on location, and communication is direct and efficient.
A focused approach
We don’t try to do everything.
We focus on doing one thing well: touristic accommodations.
At Italita, we combine real estate, hospitality, marketing and investment strategy into one integrated approach.
Our background spans international real estate, hospitality operations, tourism, marketing and property management, allowing us to understand not only how to sell a property, but also how to position it, operate it and maximise its long-term value.
This is especially important for hospitality properties such as holiday homes, agriturismi, boutique accommodations, investment projects and tourism-focused real estate.
