Your arrival is personally organized at the lobby, where check-in takes place between 14:00 and 16:00, allowing you to start your stay in a relaxed and well-prepared way. On the day of departure, check-out is handled just as smoothly between 09:00 and 11:00. If needed, luggage storage is available, so you can continue to enjoy your day without any pressure.

 

The Italita Lobby is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, offering a central place where you can always walk in. Whether you are looking to book excursions, arrange additional services, or simply ask for local tips, our team is there to assist you. From truffle hunting and private dinners to wine tastings and bike rentals — everything can be organized directly at the lobby.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with all details.

When do I need to pay the remaining amount?

The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is possible, but the deposit (50%) is non-refundable. Within 4 weeks before arrival, no refund applies. You can always change your Holiday to an other villa or an other date, no problem at all.

How does check-in work?

Check-in takes place at the Italita Lobby between 14:00 and 16:00, where you will be personally welcomed and receive all information about your stay.

If you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available so you can already start enjoying your day.

Arrivals outside lobby opening hours are only possible upon request and must be arranged in advance.

How does chek-outs work

Check-outs takes place at the Italita Lobby between 9:00 and 11:00, where you will be personally returned the keys.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, we require a security deposit. Any damages may be handled through your insurance.

What is included in the price?

All prices are all-inclusive, including tourist tax, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome box, and utilities.

Can I book experiences in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking experiences and extras in advance to guarantee availability.

Is Italita available during our stay?

Yes, we are available before and during your stay for support, questions, and recommendations.

Do you offer long-term stays?

Yes, we offer mid- and long-term rental options, ideal for longer stays, relocation, or renovation periods.
