This experience is designed for those seriously considering investing in a holiday rental in Italy.

Not as a tour, but as a structured introduction to the market — combining property visits, expert insights and real opportunities.

We organize only a limited number of trips per year, keeping the group small (max. 8 people) to ensure personal guidance and meaningful conversations.

 

May 2026 is fully booked.
The next group trip will take place in September 2026.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Over three days, we guide you through the process of understanding and evaluating investment opportunities.

Day 1
Arrival and welcome dinner with the Italita team and local partners.

Day 2
Visits to a selection of properties and projects, combined with a meetings with a geometra/architect. We discuss renovation potential and legal aspects. In the afternoon we discuss financial structure with a commercialista with an aperitivo. The day ends with a shared dinner and informal with a property finder.  Depending on the group and availability, visits can be combined with exploring the area by Vespa or electric bike.

Day 3
Breakfast and departure.

INVESTMENT & PRICING

The trip is fully organized and includes accommodation, meals and all scheduled meetings.
