The Villa; authentic charm & country elegance

Casa Lia Sole combines the character of a traditional Italian country house with the comfort and facilities of a luxury holiday retreat. Inside, beautiful vaulted brick ceilings, terracotta floors and carefully selected furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa offers five bedrooms accommodating up to ten guests, with additional sleeping arrangements for two guests in the study. Spacious living areas, a fully equipped country kitchen and inviting dining spaces make the villa ideal for spending quality time together. For entertainment and relaxation, guests can also enjoy a private fitness and games room.

 

Outdoor Living; views, vineyards & relaxation

The outdoor spaces are among the most remarkable features of Casa Lia Sole. Surrounded by greenery and vineyards, the villa enjoys breathtaking panoramic views across the hills of Piemonte. The private swimming pool and spacious sun terrace offer the perfect place to relax, while several outdoor seating areas allow guests to find their favourite corner throughout the day. Enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the countryside, spend a lazy afternoon by the pool or gather around the table for a long Italian dinner as the sun sets.

A new outdoor kitchen and additional garden improvements are being prepared for the 2027 opening.

Maximaal 12 personen, huisdieren alleen in overleg.
