After joining as a partner, we onboard you and your touristic properties. We provide a ready-to-use marketing package for the properties we represent.
You can directly use this in your own network and with your clients.

We promote the properties through our own channels — including our website, social media and member network.

SELECTION

We focus on a specific segment.

We only work with:

  • touristic accommodations
  • properties already in rental (CIN/CIR registered)
  • or clearly positioned start-up rental projects

We do not promote regular residential properties.

  • Includes everything in Access, plus:
  • Promotion of your properties within the Italita network
  • Exposure to international investors
  • Placement on Italita website, social media and member network
  • Access to our buyer network

Marketing materials are required for promotion.
If not available, Italita can provide a full marketing package (€499,- per property).

Do I keep my commission?

Yes. You remain in contact with your buyer and keep your full commission on the buyer side.

What does Italita handle?

We represent the seller, manage the marketing and position the property as an investment within our network.

What kind of properties do you work with?

We only work with touristic accommodations.
Properties must be suitable for rental (CIN/CIR registered) or clearly positioned as a start-up rental project.

Can I promote my own properties through Italita?

Yes. With the Partner Pro package, your properties are promoted within the Italita network and presented to our investor audience.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, all memberships are monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Do I need to provide marketing materials?

No, we provide a total package for our properties. A complete marketing package is required for promotion off one of your properties. If not available, Italita can provide this (€499 per property).

How are buyers and viewings managed?

We coordinate the process together.
You guide your buyer, while we manage the structure, communication and scheduling.

Is this an exclusive partnership?

No. This is an open collaboration.
However, Partner Business is limited to a select number of partners.
